Terms of service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply to Spell to Win at spellto.win, provided by Zal Interactive AB in Sweden. Contact contact@zalinteractive.com for support.
The game
Spell to Win is a free word game with daily and random puzzles, timed and untimed modes, and optional accounts for synced progress. Scores are for entertainment and have no monetary value. Play follows the displayed rules. Puzzle lists and AI word checks may contain mistakes and may be updated.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and use an account you control. Profiles and authentication are shared with Word Hunt. Usernames, display names and summary statistics may be public. If you cannot agree to these terms independently under the law where you live, involve your parent or guardian before creating an account. Contact us to request deletion of game data or the shared account.
Fair use
Do not impersonate others, use unlawful or abusive profile names, attempt unauthorized access or overload the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Intellectual property
Zal Interactive’s branding and original interface are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party materials retain their respective licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the game usable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free vocabulary or preservation of every save. Browser settings, connectivity and service changes can affect progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
Material changes will be explained through the service and the revision date on this page. Swedish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact contact@zalinteractive.com about a problem. These terms do not remove your right to use an applicable court, supervisory authority or dispute-resolution body.
